The Association employs
two Estate Caretakers who carry out stair cleaning, litter picking,
minor repairs, grass cutting and clearing/cleaning of
void properties.
The Association’s Landscape Contractor, Craig Gibson, offers a discounted grass cutting service to our
tenants at a cost of £85.20 per season or £63.04 if elderly or have a disability. The programme involves
fortnightly grass cuts to front and back gardens including edges strimmed as required and grass
uplifted.
