The Association employs
3 Estate Caretakers who carry out stair cleaning, litter picking,
minor repairs, grass cutting and clearing/cleaning of
void properties.
The Association’s Landscape Contractor, Craig Gibson, offers a discounted grass cutting service to our tenants . The service includes all grass being cut and edges strimmed fortnightly or as required (weather dependent), between April and October.
