Following the annual inspection of gardens in the Association's estates in early August, the following addresses were awarded this year's prizes for their efforts:

In an effort to spread these awards around, the Association has adopted a policy that if a particular address wins a prize 2 years running, they are not eligible for a prize on the third year. However, this is not to say that the standard of gardens they continue to create and maintain every year is not recognised and appreciated.
