INTRODUCING GLEN HOUSING ASSOCIATION’S SAVINGS & LOANS SCHEME

Glen Housing Association has joined forces with Dunfermline Building Society to create the Savings & Loan scheme exclusively for tenants and household members who wish to save or borrow. Please note, only tenants may apply for the loan facility.

How does the savings account work?
Glen Housing Association has placed a deposit with Dunfermline Building Society. When you open an account and start saving, your account enjoys the same rate of interest as Glen Housing Association’s deposit.
This means you don’t have to save large amounts to benefit from a competitive rate of interest.
Once you’ve had your savings account for an agreed period you may also apply for a small loan (tenants only).

Interested?
Opening an account is easy:
  1. Contact us and we will provide you with confirmation that you are a tenant or household member. We will also explain what is required to confirm your identity.
  2. Accounts can be opened with as little as £1 and a voucher for the £1 can be collected from our office.
  3. Fill in an application form (can be obtained from our office or any branch of Dunfermline Building Society)
  4. Take your identification document(s), the confirmation letter from us, your application form and the £1 voucher to any Dunfermline Building Society branch.
