Any tenant of the Association, or anyone who has a genuine interest in the Association itself can have the opportunity to become a member of the Board of Management which sets the policies, aims and objectives of the organisation.
The Association seeks to ensure that its membership reflects the communities it serves and that all sections of the community are represented. Membership is open to all sections of the community regardless of age, disability, gender, transgender, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, religion or belief.
To this end the Association particularly welcomes applications to join the board from:
- Black and ethnic minority community members
- Individuals who have experience of disability
- Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender community members
- 18 - 25 year olds
- Any others who are under represented
